My mission as a John Maxwell Team Certified Leadership Coach is to help people overcome leadership and communication barriers that prevent them from developing into the leader they want to be adn to help them realize how to reach their potential and goals. 

My vision and purpose is to provide individuals and corportations with leadership, communication and DISC assessments and training that combine learning with doing that produces change.  LEARN + DO = CHANGE

Our spaces included cafe style seating, conference style seating, designated quiet working spaces, hot desks, a small conference room, a large conference room and a training room available for use.

Our culture is one of honoring our coworkers and creating an environment that is conducive to creativity and productivity. We want our coworkers to be driven to achieving their next steps in their goals and we desire to help them get there.

Our location is in a professional office suite plaza. Conveniently located off of South Church street just a few doors down from the US Post Office, 1 mile from the Murfreesboro City Square, 2.5 miles to Middle Tennessee State University, 1.4 miles to exit 81of I-24
