WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN RENTING A CONFERENCE OR TRAINING ROOM
We desire to serve business and community professionals with professional spaces to meet your business and networking needs. Our spaces are clean, professional in appearance and decor, along with all of the tech items that you need to wow your clients and team.
WHAT IS INCLUDED EACH ROOM RENTAL?
Complimentary coffee and wifi are available for you and your clients along with convenient parking in the front of our handicapped accessible building.
Our Small Meeting Room offers round table seating for 4 with professional rolling chairs.
Our Large Conference Room offers seating for up to 20 in lecture style seating with folding chairs and 8-12 with conference table seating with professional rolling chairs. It has natural window light. It is equipped with a smart tv with HDMI hookups. Additional items upon request and availability are webcam, Apple TV, teaching table, and white board. This room also boasts an “L” shaped built in workstation that can also be used as a hospitality serving area for your meeting.
Our Large Training & Workshop Rental Room offers seating for up to 60 when set up classroom style and has the flexibility to also be set up with tables and chairs. Our Training Room is equipped with a smart tv with HDMI hookups. Additional items upon request and availability are webcam, Apple TV, teaching table, and white board.
WHAT IF I FORGOT SOMETHING OR NEED TO PRINT SOMETHING?
We have extra supplies such as staplers, paper cutters, 3 hole punches, printer, dry erase markers, HDMI cords, extension cords and other miscellaneous items you may need to dazzle your clients with your presentations. We have a printer available printer for your use that includes up to 10 black and white copies. Additional copies are 10 cents each. Color copies available upon request as well.
IS THERE WATER AVAILABLE FOR MY MEETING?
We have complimentary (Starbucks brand) coffee available for our spaces as well as bottled water and snacks for a small fee.

Your Room Booking: You pay at time of your room booking. Some clients book through other sites and some clients book directly through us.
Additional Services: You pay for extra items like bottled water, snacks, additional copies and any overage usage of the space before leaving.
We realize that sometimes meetings go over or you and our team are in the middle of brainstorming and don’t want to quit. We have no issue with you extending your stay as long as the room is not booked.
You may pay for the overage after your meeting is over. We want you to get everything done that you need to get done- we are on your side.
Cancellation and a full refund is given if booking is cancelled within 30 days of booked date.
No refund available after that as we have made it unavailable for others to book.
