Frequently Asked Questions About Coworking
Complimentary coffee, purified water to refill your water bottle, business resource center, and wifi are available along with convenient parking in the front of our handicapped accessible building.

- High Speed Wifi
- Printer/Scanner/Copier for your use that includes up to 10 b&w copies per day with air printing capabilities. Additional copies for meetings at .10 cents each, colors .25 cents
- Basic Business Supplies: staplers and staple removers, scissors, hole punch 3-hole punch, paper cutter, badge cutter, laminator (laminating sheets cost $1 each), badge punch for making lanyards and general office supplies.
- Snacks, Bottled Water, and Soda available for for a small price
We offer co-working spaces, hot desks, private offices and conference and training room rentals.
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 5 pm. We are closed on major holidays.
We do offer evening and weekend rentals of our conference and training rooms for additional fees and advanced booking.
We believe that we are to honor and show courteous to others and we want that to reflect in our coworking culture at CALLED TOGETHER.
We know that our coworkers choose to participate in coworking places like ours because they have something accomplish but also want to be part of a community and network.
With that being said, we have created an ETIQUETTE COURTESY GUIDE that we ask every coworker to follow:
- Be nice and cordial, say hello and offer a smile. Feel free to introduce yourself to others if you aren’t going to distract them from their work. Always ask someone if they have a moment to chat before starting a conversation. Honor our “Quiet Work Areas” by not starting conversations in them.
- Don’t take loud calls in shared workspaces and honor our Quiet Work Areas.
- Always use earphones when listening to music, videos, or podcasts.
- Make more coffee when needed and let us know when more supplies are needed.
- Wipe down your workspace and kitchen space after using it with provided disinfectant wipes so it is ready for the next coworker.
- Help keep restrooms clean by using disinfectant wipes as needs to clean up after using it.
- Book meeting rooms in advance, and respect your meeting room time by not overstaying unless you book more time.
- Be mindful of eating strong smelling foods.
- Do not leave any personal items overnight including food in the refrigerator.
- Use professional and friendly language.
- Communication is key: If you have any issues, suggestions or concerns- please discuss it with us.

We offer co-working spaces, hot desks, private offices and Conference and training room rentals.
NOTARY SERVICES
- We offer in office notary service by appointment only.Please call first in case we are out on a notary appointment.
- We offer mobile notary services, coming to your location for a fee.
- We offer remote notary services that is done completely online through an app on your smart device.

Our Small Conference Room offers seating for up to 10, but 8 comfortably with a professional conference table and comfortable business guest chair seating. It is equipped with a smart tv with HDMI hookups. Additional items upon request and availability are Apple TV, teaching table, and white board.
Our Large Conference Room offers seating for up to 18 with a professional conference table and comfortable business guest chair seating. It has natural window light. It is equipped with a smart tv with HDMI hookups. Additional items upon request and availability are webcam, Apple TV, teaching table, and white board. This room also boasts an “L” shaped built in workstation that can also be used as a hospitality serving area for your meeting.
Our Large Training & Workshop Rental Room offers seating for up to 60 when set up classroom style and has the flexibility to also be set up with tables and chairs. Our Training Room is equipped with a smart tv with HDMI hookups. Additional items upon request and availability are webcam, Apple TV, teaching table, and white board.
We accept credit cards and automated bank drafts as payments.
We accept Cash APP & Venmo App for bottled water, sodas, snacks, and copies.
