How Our Mobile Notary Services Can Serve You

It simply means that we come to your location. We are mobile and willing to travel within a reasonable distance to make your notary experience as simple as possible.

Truly, anyone who needs the convenience of not having to go to a notary office.

Examples of places that we may be called to go: Private homes, public meeting places like Starbucks, nursing homes, hospitals, prisons, schools, assisted living centers, or anywhere else where convenience matters for our customers.

Our base travel rate for mobile notary services is $50 within Murfreesboro City Limit and includes 1 signature. Each additional signature is $10 that is being notarized.

Give us a call at 615-422-7205 for an exact quote or get a quote online with us.

We also offer online notary services. Call us for details.

We are based out of Murfreesboro, TN 37130, but serve all Middle Tennessee areas. Our base minimum charge cost is based on Murfreesboro, TN  to travel to you. We serve Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, and Cannon Counties. Additional travel fees vary greatly due to mileage and estimated travel time.

A great alternative to our mobile service if you are located further away, is our remote online notary services done from the comfort of your smart device or laptop. Read more here.

We are available 7 days a week with at least a 2-hour minimum notice and as per our schedule. We also provide notary services in our office as well as virtual notary appointments from the convenience of your web enabled device.

We can meet at your home, place of business, public coffee shop, a business parking lot, retirement home, hospital, prison, and honestly, just about any place you can think of that someone may need something notarized.

We will never price gauge you and never want to charge these additional fees. However, we must steward our time to make time for our other client appointments and must charge for our time. To prevent these additional fees, plan on being prompt and having all documents complete and ensure that all signers have correct forms of IDs.

We charge a waiting fee if our Notary Public Agent is kept waiting at the agreed-upon location of our appointment for more than 10 minutes past our agreed upon time for the signer(s) or witness(es) to be available for any reason including waiting for them to have their acceptable forms of IDs or completed documents.  The fee is $1 per minute of wait time past the initial 10 minutes.

If the signers are not willing to sign or lack at least one acceptable form of ID, or if they can’t have enough of a conversation with me to make it clear that they are signing freely and willingly, your travel fee is non-refundable.
