It simply means that we come to your location. We are mobile and willing to travel within a reasonable distance to make your notary experience as simple as possible. 

Our base travel rate for mobile notary services is $50 within Nashville city limit and includes 1 signature. Each additional signature is $10 that is being notarized.

For an in office appointment, the base rate is $20 and includes 1 signature. Each additional signature is $10 that is being notarized.

We are based out of Nashville, TN, but serve all Middle Tennessee areas. Our base cost is $35 to travel to you.  Travel fee varies greatly due to mileage and estimated travel time.  

We can meet at your place of business or a public place such as coffee shop, park, restaurant, etc. 

We also offer in-office appointments if previously scheduled. We do not accept walk in appointments. 

If the signers are not willing to sign or lack at least one acceptable form of ID, or if they can’t have enough of a conversation with me to make it clear that they are signing freely and willingly, your travel fee is non-refundable.
